Model 3: All Students Allowed Back to School (and National Borders are Open) • Considerations made here cover the first semester only, where the COVID-19 infection rate may be significantly reduced, but COVID-19 remains. • Quarantine in school for international students (where necessary) - NIB/Ministry of Health approval. • Hygiene protocols and requirements enforced. • No social distancing. • Blended learning continues (some students may opt to stay home). • Day and boarding options allowed. • Staggered meal times. • School play on stage. • Virtual Founders’ Day, Achievers’ Day. In the event of COVID-19 infections, the school reverts to Model 1. Benefits of all students returning to school: (Re-) integration into TIS life. Face-to-face support for all students, whole school experience for our newbies, face-to-face pastoral support.
