Parents • Provide a suitable environment that reduces distraction and interruptions during lessons. • Remind your wards of lesson times to ensure punctuality. • Provide a stable source of internet for lessons (smartphone hotspots are usually too slow for effective online engagement). • Inform the subject teacher or course coordinator about any challenge that makes it impossible for your child to join a lesson. Teachers • Continuously monitor assignment submissions to remind students of missed and/ or upcoming deadlines. Online learning is different. It is not easy. But it should suit many of our 21c learners. Please contact your class teacher, Programme Coordinator, or Principal, if you are experiencing any difficulties. While there is a certain amount of flexibility with online learning, students will have an important opportunity to develop and demonstrate great self-discipline.
