These enrolment targets are inclusive of the various options namely; Full boarding, temporary day (Model 2) and online learning. Expenditure There is a conscious effort to hold down expenditure to the minimum without compro- mising on quality of education and safety. TIS will continue to invest in employing and maintaining qualified, experienced and motivated teachers to provide unique learning ex- periences. TIS will continue to subscribe to various online educational resources to enhance the teach- ing and learning experience. To ensure compliance to all safety protocols, TIS has invested in Personal Protective Equip- ment (PPEs) thus, non-contact sanitizers, temperature scanners, wash-hand basins, etc. Despite the absence of students, routine maintenance of learning spaces, hostels and gener- al landscaping will be carried out. With the new academic year to start on 19 August, it is important that we pay our creditors and liquidate our statutory obligations. The payment of all outstanding fees for 2019/2020 must be finalised by the 17th August. When making payment at a bank or online, please include the full name of your child and send a copy of the payment receipt to the finance department: kquansah@tis.edu.gh Unfortunately, for those parents who remain in arrears, the temporary suspension of their children’s enrolment (which includes ManageBac access, online learning, and resources) will take effect from 17 August until the payment has been received. Online Learning Protocols Students • Dress decently for the asynchronous session. • Gather every resource required (textbooks, notebooks, pens etc.) before the lesson starts. • Choose a quiet location for your lesson. • Log in before the start time for the lesson.
