The Happy Feet Team has come up with another awareness campaign in recognition the millions of people, mostly children, in the world who walk barefoot daily. Ayeyi Ohene-Adu – Grade 11. Happy Feet mural day was great. We invited students and staff to put their feet in different colours of paint living their footprints on our Mural. The purpose of this exercise is to remind our school community of the many children around the world without shoes. Also, to invite everyone to join our ‘Donate a SHOE’ campaign. Happy Feet Christmas outreach is coming and we need your support. Our Mural day had many challenges however with the support of the other Happy Feet members, Audrey, Marie-Gabriella and Jadyn we brainstormed ideas and achieve our goals. We are grateful for such opportunities to engage with our juniors and seniors in school and make a positive impact. “One shoe at a time.” – To donate contact the Happy Feet members at the Hostels or the CAS team.
